Welcome to the offices of Cowley & Company, a law firm with its head office in Surrey, British Columbia. At Cowley & Company, our experienced lawyers practice in many areas of law, including personal injury, criminal, family, property, wills & estates, work place and more.
We were founded in 2000 by Dr. L.A. (Lee) Cowley, the only practicing lawyer in Canada with a prior background as a Doctor of Chiropractic. We have grown steadily since then, with over 40 support staff and three offices across the lower mainland. In 2017, Stephen Ballard and Wai Cheung became managing partners of the firm, with Ray Pici joining as Partner in 2018. In 2018, Cowley & Company expanded their services and became a full service law firm working across a variety of different cases and all levels of law.

We have a complement of long-term, senior support staff members working on our clients’ files. In addition, we have several intermediate and junior staff members who work closely with our senior staff to ensure that we have a constantly expanding knowledge base.
