Wrongful Dismissal: What can you do about it?
Wrongful Dismissal
Have You Been Fired From Your Job? What Can You Do About it?
Let’s face it – we spend more time working than we do with our families. That is why, if we are fired, dismissed or laid off, it can be very upsetting.

Provided the reason is not related to your race, religion or sexual orientation, your boss only needs to give you reasonable notice that your job will be terminated. Reasonable notice could mean weeks, months or years, depending on a whole host ‘what-if’ factors.
