Our Network of Specialists

ICBC has a whole army of hired guns in their stable. They are highly paid. They will say whatever ICBC wants them to say. In order to provide the court with a more valanced view of your case, we hire specialists in all areas of medicine who will examine you on our behalf and provide a balanced opinion of your case. These appointments are arranged privately, which is not through MSP. The expenses of our specialists providing you with an examination and report are borne by us and are reimbursed to us at the end of the case by ICBC. The costs of these reports do not come out of your settlement.

It is important that you understand that without the use of these medical specialists, you will be a “sitting duck” for the misrepresentations promoted by the ICBC-paid medical specialists who make their living by distorting the medical picture of your case.
