Vivian Cheung

During her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia, Vivian Cheung spent her first year in a study abroad program in the U.K. before graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Sauder School of Business.

In 2011, Vivian received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, where she was involved with the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, the East Asian Law Students’ Association and the Law in Action Within Schools program.

As a clinician with the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program in the summer of 2009, Vivian helped a diverse range of clients across Metro Vancouver fight for their legal rights. The following summer, she gained experience in the practice of civil litigation with a Richmond law firm.

Choosing to split her articles, Vivian first articled with a solicitor’s firm in Vancouver before coming to Cowley & Company, where she continued to advocate for clients’ rights.

Vivian was called to the Bar in June of 2012 and actively handles car accident cases with Cowley & Company.

In her free time, Vivian enjoys reading and being with family and friends.
